Processing Times
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed in full and cleared. This may take up to 48 hours for verification.

 

Delivery Terms
All deliveries are made L.A.B. Laredo, TX unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk passes to the customer once goods are delivered to the carrier.

 

Lead Times
Standard line products: 30 days from payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional time.

 

Shipping Interruptions
We Do Plastic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, strikes, weather events, or force majeure.

 

Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and notify us in writing within 48 hours of any defects. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of goods.

 

No Returns/Refunds
If products meet agreed specifications, orders are final and non-refundable.
